Description
The new electronic trap was developed under the FF-IPM program.
Used for automated early detection of invasive Tephritid species.
- The trap is energy independent.
- The insects are enter from the side openings and they are trapped on a white adhesive surface placed on the bottom of the device.
- Using built-in microcamera that placed on the opposite site of the white surface, the trapped insects sended to a server.
- Used as a dry type trap.
